30 Day Product Exchange Warranty
We offer a 30 Day warranty on our products. We will be happy to take care of your issues within this period.
The 30 day warranty covers battery malfunction and also any possible defective refills that you might have.
If you are having issues with your refills not working or not lasting as long as they should, please review our troubleshooting tips here first:
Please follow this web link to do a warranty claim and return the defective unit(s) for exchange:
Once we get the defective product(s) back, we will mail you a brand new replacement(s) right away.
Please note that we will not be able to offer this warranty if the product breaks after the first 30 days or if you don't have proof of purchase available (a store invoice, receipt or credit card records)
If purchased online from us, any unopenend item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that opened items can NOT be returned and we will not be able to refund you.

Items purchased at retail stores will not be eligible for a return and/or refund directly from greensmartliving.
It is up to each individual retail store return/refund policies to accept or decline a return/refund request and greensmartliving assumes no responsability on such matter.
